my 66 has 15X8 torq II but my tires are 265 50's they rub on small bumps. I've thought about putting smaller tires on mine but i have looked at my rim and realized that not only the tire sticks out but the rims is past the fender as well. I don't know the offset cause i ordered them from summit and just told them what i year me car was. they could have given me the srong off set. I have 15x6 up front with 215 60's, they give me that skinnies look with out being skinny for road use. I like a little meat on my tires but i realize the low profile
trans am look is in right now which i think looks good too. i have heard 17x8 are fine. just get the right offset
