Default spare tire donut replace

Hi, has anyone replaced the donut with a full size tire? Does ford sell a cheap replacement rim?? If you did, please post what you did. Thanks

I wonder if Ford left enough room in the trunk for the "regular" size tire to fit where the "toy" tire is now? Some manufacturers did not.

A stocker will fit back there. Just the jack doesn't fit in with it very well. I even had a 285-40-18 in the spare area (yeah, the donut was unfortunately on the car). Everything fit except the carpet/board floor was a few inches higher.
