So I'm sure I should of gone to a different forum for this, but yall are my online family so I come here first .

So uh, my dad wants some new tires.

06 Tundra 4dr
17 inch rims...

Going to be used for 80% road 20% off road. We're looking for some thing aggressive but not to exaggerated because it will be on the road most of the time and its not a 4x4. Any good web sites? Or does any one recommend a certain brand out of experience? Thanks guys. Also, I want him to step up to at least 18s preferably 20s , but it would have to be a good package deal or some thing to convince him on that.

Well, on my old truck. I picked up some BFG rugged trail tires. What kind of driving you were talking about it what they were rated for. But maybe it was with a vehicle with 4x4, i dunno.

You could always just take a step up and go with a set of All-terrain tires, they should be more than ample for your needs. BFG is a good set to start with. But they don't come cheap.
