Rarely will I see a car with black rims that I like. I'm not a fan of black rims for the following reasons...
1) The don't provide enough contrast against the body of the car...especially a dark color car. Silver/chrome rims look exceptional on a black car for instance.
2) Black rims tend to make the tires stand out too much I think. Unless you keep the tires with a nice black sheen, the tires will look like almost gray next to a black rim if they are not treated.
i like the black rims on a black car or a different color car when you add other black accents along with the wheels. i hate the stock mustang "mini-van" rims your car came with, and don't really care for them black either, or the photochop for that matter. but go to some wheel websites and try some on like foose or amer. racing for starters. even ford racing makes some nice ones.

sexy.? ehhh. Im not gonna lie it does look decent... I prefer the stock look better on most colors car. the black on black allrights. But IMHO I would have done... Glossy black or powder coat and for god sakes... leave a machined lip!!!

If you like black rims you should check out Mustang Parts at V8 Power.com: Mustang Exhaust, Mustang Suspension, Mustang Accessories, Mustang Wheels. I just purchased a set of black bullitts from them for my 05 gt 18x10 / 18x9 for $423 and no that is not a typo $423 for all 4 rims. They ship fast to i recived mine in 4 days. Have not put them on yet i have to save for the tires i am going with 295/45/18 out back and 255/45/18 up frount. nitto 555s are not cheap in that size.
