I took all of them out as soon as i got them to inspect because i was wondering the same thing. and i would have to say they are perfect.

It had better be raining there or something. I have the Extreme tire shine Gel by amorall, but before when I had the spray I used to whipe some on everyother day... It only takes about 5 minutes to do. If I had those cool black wheels and some worn gray tires I would be embarresed.

I saw that photoshopped pic w/ the red lip and ruined it totally.. i know this is a totally dif car / rim.. but this is my buddies car.. and we did this to his stock rims.. i think they look sick..

I think they look better than stock, but I think blk wheels on a blk car is a bit much.

Like others are saying, I too, would have masked the lip to leave it machined looking.

Awesome look. If I had seen this before I bought my black/machined lip wheels I might have painted them too. It looks 100% better! I might do that to my old ones for the drag strip and for the winter tires.

I went with these and I like the grey-tire-look. It looks more like an oval track car.

I used duplicolor gloss black engine enamel (spray) and lots of laquer (spray).
