Default Whats largest tire and rim that will fit 1983 Mustang rear
I have a 1983 Mustang hatchback, whats the largest tire and rim that will fit on rear of car, it has stock 8.8 rear

Best combo would be a 15 X 8 with 5 1/2 inches of back spacing. Tire size should be no bigger than a 275/60, bigger would have tire rub on both the quad shock and the fender lip.
