Default 18x9 White Saleen Style Rims

I'm planning on purchasing 18x9 Saleen Rims. I know just the rims are going to put a little more weight on the car and slow it down. But, how big of tires can I go with? I'd like to have wider in the rear, any suggestions???

Stock tire is 205 65R 15 i believe....

dude that's 100mm or 4 inches wider than stock. That's going to hurt it some I know that much. I know cobra's that are running 265 in the front and 295 in the rear, I'm no cobra, so I'd much rather go a little smaller

wider yes but the offset is what matters. you already have enough space to do it.

Yes, but I'm making about 200HP at the MOST, my pick-up off the line would be less because of having to drag bigger rims + bigger tires?

True it would look sick...Im getting those same ones in chrome...18x10 in the rear and maybe 18x9s in the front..I decided against the gangsta rims CB!

haha cobra, I'm sorry but that would remind me too much of a ricer. Having Nice rims and huge tires before performance on a v6... not for me. But I AM buying the rims, I just dont want massive tires lol. I'll probably go with 245's in the rear and 205-225 in the front..
