Default change a 4 stud wheel to a 5 stud

i have a 1968 ford mustang coupe and i changed my front drum brakes to disc but now i need a 5 stud wheel in the front but i still have the 4 stud in the back. I was wondering if there was some type of adapter that i could put on the 4 stud to make it a 5 stud.

Yeah but the're dangerous IMO and I wouldn't use one. 8 inch five lug rear ends are plentiful, cheap and easy to swap in, I'd do it the right way.

Yes never use a wheel spacer or adapter they add too much of a load on your lugs and can sheer them off.Look here for a 8 inch Rears Axles and Housings

Stay away from spacers, most tire shops will not mount rims on them in California for liability reasons. Too many problems with short studs or them breaking off.
