 How big can you go for tires on 16" rims, 2005 Mustang V6
For summer I'm getting Nitto 255/50 17" for my 17" wheels. For my winter tires I'm looking for something to stick on my stock 16" wheels. I'd like to know how big I can safely go (I like the look of tall sidewalls) without rubbing or having the tire stick out the fenderwells (and if I can go larger on the Nittos I'd like to know that too). If anyone knows, I'd appreciate the info. Thanks much.
