Default Opinions on Black Chrome Wheels?

I've been seeing a lot of these "black chrome" wheels and think they look really nice. I've never seen them on a car though. Anyone have opinions about the black chrome? I've heard that on dark cars they look like dirty chrome wheels. If anyone has pics of these wheels on a Stang, I'd appreciate it. thanks.

I'm undecided... They are different but I just don't know how much I like them.

That's exactly what they look like to me -- chrome rims with a fine layer of brake dust on them.

I'll get some pics tomorrow if I can. A friend of mine has them on one of his cars. It's a Black C6 with Black Chrome wheels, but you will get a basic idea.

I believe his Aston has them too

I think they look sharp

Sorry, I'm old school. Or just old. But I think wheels should be traditional shiny chrome. Nothing looks better IMHO.

I agree, I think they look pretty sweet. But like I said, I've never seen them on a car. That would be the deciding factor. Of course, chrome is never a bad choice so I may just go with the Razor.

I still can't upload photos so here's one I found with black chrome wheels.
