I run that combo, and if your alignment is good now, it won't change much...
But the new setup WILL exaggerate any bad things that are already there. If you haven't had the car's alignment checked (say, "ever"), do so when you put the new wheels on.
Our cars lack a good range of adjustment, too, so if the alignment guy tells you he can't get the numbers to go where you want them, you might want to consider a set of caster/camber plates.
The wider wheels and tires in the front, in particular, will tend to "follow" the surface defects in the road more, and the lower profile tires have stiffer sidewalls and a bigger contact patch, so you get a good bit more "feel" - and you will be able to feel the bumps and cracks more, as well, with a rougher ride than before.
