Exclamation tire upgrade for a 2000 Mustang

what the biggest tires you can put on a 2000 mustang. It still has the stock rims on the car but whats the biggest I can put on it without destroying the cars look?

Is it a V6 or V8 car? I'm asking so the wheels you have can be known so we know what tires to go with.

its a V6 right now but when my husbands back from deployment we are droping a 5.0 in it(if it fits) if not a 4.0.

Ok, stock V6 wheels should be 7 inches wide, which means you could get up to a 255/45 without rubbing issues, although I'd recommend a 245/45. If one of our 99-up members has something else to add, please do so.

I'm running 245's on my 2000 V6. Except I have mine on 8 inch rims. I'd go with 235's.
