Default 1965 mustang finding wheels and tires

ok i need help/suggestions on getting a set (4) of wheels and tires but my budget is a little... cheap. about 600$

i would like a set of torq thrust wheels. but can i use 15x7's?

and if i can use those wheels then what size tire should i get.

im looking to put a lot of traction on the ground. maybe i should get wide tires on the back and skinnier tires on the front, like 15x7's on the back with 15x6's on the front? i dont know. and would it look bad if i didnt get whitewall tires? maybe redwall?

and what are some good sites to look at different tires and wheels?

one of my favorites is The Tire Rack - Your performance experts for tires and wheels they sell rims and tires as well as tell you what size tires work with what rims. JEGS High Performance - Your source for Edelbrock MSD Holley Mr. Gasket Moroso sells some rims. eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices has some awesome rims and tires setup for mustangs already. American Racing: The Official Manufacturer Website of Custom Wheels has some good rims at nice prices for mustangs as well. now onto tires, bfgoodrich traction t/a is a nice tire for traction. bridgestone potenza g009 is another good tire. hope that this has helped you out.

TO: Ricers- 1) there's no replacement for displacement 2) my lug nuts require more torque than your engine makes 3) a light car doesn't excuse a weak engine 4) a bottle of pepsi has more liters than your car. Eating rice builds muscle!

There are various brands that you can choose from depending on the kind that you are comfortable and that which suits the car. Check out: www.clicktire.com . They have a great range of tires and wheels and I’m sure you will find the right ones to suit your needs.
