In years past Fords Showrooms were truly a must see. People would mark off their calendar anxiously waiting for that magic day! the unveiling of the New Cars in the Dealers Showroom. The pent up excitement in 1964 with the coming unveiling of the Mustang was truly astounding; I doubt that anything even approaching it will ever be seen again. In1964 through 1971 the amount of effort and money spent to make the Showrooms the most exciting in automotive history was unprecedented.
So here is a site where we can share examples of that “Garage Art” starting with 1964 to the present
I am in hopes that this can be everybody’s contributing site. I’m starting off with a New Boss 429 in the 1969 FORD Showroom.
