I own a 1970 Mach1. I'm the original owner of the car. I wanted to replace the roof rail weatherstripping, so I bought a set and installed them. I don't care for the way they fit. The end that fastens to the door jamb area, next to the flip out side window, isn't like for like the original piece. It would probably work, but I don't like the way it fits and looks. I was told Daniel Carpenter made the weather strips and they are the only manufacture that supplies these. The rubber strips are sold under different names, but are all the same. Does anyone out there have any experience with replacing these on a 69 or 70 fastback? I would like to know what you used and how they fit at the door jamb. Thanks
