what seats you got in that, and why are the bumpers painted

Previous owner re-did this restomod BOSS 302 with more modern vinyl racing seats with high backs, something like the current Mustangs, but with less padding. He also painted the bumpers to add to his vision for styling the car. I think it's sharp, so I've kept it this way.
