I had just driven my 91GT home from the previous owner in the pouring rain so she doesn't look the cleanest here but since then she has cleaned up nicely.
It is not a real Cobra. Anyone who knows the 93' Cobra knows that these aren't the right wheels, although they would work on a Cobra. Personally, I would have left the stock emblems on it while adding the full 93' Cobra Cervinis body kit on it instead of trying o pass the car off as something it is not. I have never lied and claimed it to be something it wasn't to someone giving me compliments on it.
I am pretty happy with the mods that were on the car when I got it and the price of the mounted and painted body kit, wing, hood and engine mods alone are worth more than I paid for the car.
Upcoming plans include repairing the passenger side fender the right way, not with bondo, as it is starting to rust but otherwise the underside of the car looks pretty good for its age. I would also like to get the windows re-tinted and possibly but some new seats down the road. I have had quite a bit of fun hunting down replacement trim pieces from scrap yards and have saved quite a bit of money in the process.
This is my dream car and this was the car I couldn't have when I was in high school. Every-time I drive it I swear I feel 10 years younger and I plan on owning this car until I am long gone. I guess that is part of being a Mustang enthusiast and owner. 'Course it also helps to be over 30 and married and only have to pay a monthly insurance premium of $38 for full coverage!
