Description: I have two motors for sale:
1996 Mustang GT 4.6L. The motor was pulled with about 38,000 miles on it because of a blown head gasket. The Heads were sent into the shop and the motor was re-installed back into the car. We had the timing chain gear on backwards (Whoops) So the motor never ran right. We pulled the motor and it has sat in our garage ever since. This is being sold AS IS. It should be just fine, but we have not checked to make sure.
2001 Mustang GT 4.6L. This motor was bought rebuilt from a engine builder. Since being rebuilt it probably has about 500 miles on it. This one broke a timing chain guide and chewed up the timing case cover. This is sold AS IS. It does still have pieces of aluminum in the oil, from the cover, so needs oil changed and flushed out. The heads alone go for 300.00 on ebay because they are the upgraded heads.
Asking 100.00 Each
I do have two intakes for both of the motors and some extra parts. I need the room in my garage so theses must go ASAP.
The one in the picture without the oil pan is the 1996 motor.
