Description:	Just as the title states. THESE ARE BRAND NEW. Have only taken them out of the box just to look at them. These were purchased on ebay this winter, but I ended up getting some 1 3/4" tubes with 3" collectors. These were just too small. And thanks to "no returns" from the ebay seller, I've still got these just laying around. Someone take them off my hands!!!
