I am converting my 2002 GT 5-speed to an automatic. I will be selling all of the parts taken off as a kit only. Computer and driveshaft included. It is a t-3650 with about 65k. It does grind a little in 3rd, (bad 3-4 syncro.) 3-4 syncro from dealer about 200$. The tranny still shifts into every gear. Minor grinding, but I would replace. I will be doing the conversion in Feb. Let me know if interested. If you have an auto and want to trade, we can do it sooner. Only trade for complete kit.
