I have used Meguiar's Quik Detailer (product #A3316 ) for 4 years now and I absolutely love it. With a few quick sprays, it removes dirt and grime without scratching or swirl marks and enhances the boldness of the clear coat without any residue buildup what-so-ever. I've experimented with many "in between waxing", products and ever since I came across this, its been my favorite and first recommendation. I can usually knock out my entire car in 10 min and I always keep a bottle in my trunk with a microfiber cloth so I can stay sharp in all situations. It runs about $7 per bottle and I pick it up at Auto Zone.

This is the stuff that I use as a lubricant when I clay brick my car. The stuff works great. It dries quickly, so that dust and atmospheric crud doesn't have time to settle down onto my car and catch a toehold, and leaves a nice shine. It's easy to use, works great, and I love it.

There's better out there, such as Meguiars Ultimate Quick Detailer

|
This product does what it's supposed to at a cheaper price than the ultimate detailer. I used this product frequently until they came out with the Ultimate version of it. The ultimate aside from seeming to remove water spots with more ease will also put a protective coating that acts almost as a wax on your car that will make it bead up much better. In addition to this the removal seems a little bit easier, I don't know if it's directly do to the beading action or not but I do know it's the difference from a 7 to a 9!
