Pros:
Cheap, solid and very port-able
Cons:
Heavy and slightly small valves compared to trickflow, but major $$ there
These heads open up a lot of horsepower, especially if you have done the intake, throttle body, and complete exhaust.
These heads give good horsepower up to around 5000 rpm. You spend more $$ on the beer, gaskets, bolts and silicone than on the heads practically.

Pros:
Cast Iron for the daily driver and long trips
Cons:
heavier than aluminum
I bought them already ported and milled so it was perfect for my application. I needed VERY durable cast iron heads and these added lots of HP to my set up. I have peace of mind taking trips and in the severe heat, it will be the last thing to warp or go bad when an issue arises in the cooling department.
