This is an excellent product at a good price. The Ripper definitely lives up to its name and its product hype. You can "rip" through shifts faster than you can disengage the clutch!! This is a tough, well made shifter that wont let you down. I installed it in about an hour. It was very simple to do. All you need are basic hand tools, maybe an 1/4" swivel extension, and some black sealant...and voila!! You are on your way to safe speed shifting. You can also turn the base to get your shifter to set closer to or further back from the front of the console.
