B&M Pro Ripper shifter for 1983-2003 Mustangs has to be the best shifter I have owned to date Comes with complete instructions but is pretty much self-explanitoryhas + and - stops fully adjustable handle for cheight and console clearance and comes with a second set of springs for a stiffer side-side action I paid 175$ at a local auto parts dealer I highly reccomend this product I have owned Hurst,Steeda,Pro 5.0 this on is the best one yet.
