Description: The 6AL delivers everything the 6A does with the addition of a built-in Soft Touch Rev Control. This feature allows you to set an rpm limit to protect the engine from over-rev damage caused by driveline failure or missed shifts. Other MSD RPM Controls can be connected to the 6AL such as a Three Step Module Selector (PN 8737) or RPM Activated Switch (PN 8950). The 6AL also comes supplied with rubber shock mounts and 3,000, 6,000, 7,000 and 8,000 rpm modules.

Pros: everything
Cons: nothing

Every guy I cruise with, no matter what make or model car, uses one of these. I even have a friend who has a pro stock drag car and uses this. All of these people swear by this ignition. It's the one and only and very reliable. The rev limiter is great, it's a great safety option, and you know the old saying, safety first.

Pros: smoother idle
Cons: none

I have had this on my car for a year now. When I installed it the idle got alot smoother and started alot smoother too. I love it and would buy it again.
