Pros: a great way of stiffening up that loose chassis, and body flex that fox cars are famous for. Cadnium plated for superior rust protection and individually serialized for quality assurness
Cons: You have to weld them in. If you know how to weld then great, otherwise have a experienced welder do it.

I have a set on my car and like the T-bar feature that ties into my seat frame. The tubing is small in size compared to other sub-frame connectors. One of the very first mods everyone should do.

Pros: Stiffness increased extensively, Night and day
Cons: Weld in product....no turning back

Cornering and launching incredibly improved.
dont make the same mistake i made, support the car by the tires when installing. I installed mine on a lift and now the doors dont open quite as sound (simple adjustment i have yet to have made).
