What transfer tool are you talking about?

I upgraded from my 2008 GT to a 2010 GT. Still have my 18" factory wheels from the 2008, now mounted with my snow tires. The TPMS bands are still in them, but they still set off the TPMS monitor on my 2010. Would this transfer tool solve my issue?
