Question Curious on others thoughts on value

I have a 2007 Mustang GT Convertible Windevil Blue/ Painted on Silver stripes with the interior upgrade and performance packages as well as the Shaker 1000 and 20 Fuse rims. It only has 78000 miles. What are your thoughts on what the actual cash value of it would be??? I am being told that it is only worth $12,000. I know that I have an attachment to it (she's my baby) but I feel it is definitely worth more than than that. I cannot find anything else comparable to it in my area(I have been searching for days now) other than a Shelby GT because of all the grades and options. Any input would be helpful much appreciated!!

The value of an item is determined at the time you actually sell it.

I am wanting to know value as in right now, or within a week of today.

Most insurance companies and dealerships use NADA value. Here is what NADA has it at in general. I don't know your zip so it may change based on your area. 2007 Ford Mustang Convertible 2D GT Prices, Values & Mustang Convertible 2D GT Price Specs | NADAguides

As TheBert said, its true value is what you end up selling for cause that's value you & your buyer agreed to in the end.

2006 GT- Airaid Race CAI, 62mm BBK TB, SR Performance UD Pullies, FRPP Hot Rod Cams, CMDP's, Excedy Stage One Clutch and lightweight flywheel, Pacesetter Long Tube Headers with matching O/R H-Pipe & MBRP Street Axlebacks, Lito 91 Octane Tune

Check carguru.com, cars.com or kellybluebook.com to get some estimates. The car looks goods, but you have to consider market conditions. Also, its 11 years old. $12,000 may be a good starting point. You may get lucky and a buyer falls in love with your car. They may be willing to pay more. Just my thoughts.

2006 GT, Strut Tower Brace, Gas Hood Struts, FR Intake Plenum cover, Metal Fuse Box cover, Moroso brake reservoir cover, Rear shock tower brace, Front Bumper Lip Spoiler, JVC DVD Head unit w/ back-up camera, satellite Radio and USB input, 2 - 12" sub-woofers, 4 - 6"x8" speakers, 2 - 6.5" speakers to replace the door subs, 3 amplifiers, LED lights under the hood and in the trunk, chrome e-handle on parking brake handle, chrome cup holder trim, and trunk lid cover with running pony emblem.
