sounds like your surge valve might not be releasing boost. Be careful that can lead to detonation. Take it to your shop and have them take a look at it.

The amount of boost you see is dependant on elevation, temperature, humidity and barometric pressure.
It is very common to see higher boost on cooler days. You will see less boost on hot humid days.
I dont think anything is wrong at all. I have seen 13+ on my 11 PSI pulley at times.

With that being said, How much does it affect the AFR at WOT. I am curious as I will be soon installing a SC and I wondered about my AFR on cooler days or if I was to upgrade to a more efficient heat exchanger. Basically my question is this, Can the weather(cooler days) or a better heat exchanger( colder air charge) affect my AFR to the point that it would be unsafe to drive unless retuned? I dont want to detonate. But I would like to upgrade the Heat exchanger. I will upgrade sometime after putting on a smaller pulley, and tune so when i plan on upgrading the heat exchanger I dont plan on retuning unless I had to. Let me know fellas. OP sorry to hijack your thread.

the A/F should only be effected if your fuel pump and injectors cant keep up.

Look @ ur dyno chart... it it looks like its starting to lean out above 5800 (maybe a little hook in the A/F line) then be careful not to whined it out to 6000+ in cold weather.

ok I talked to some one about this and I was told that changing the Airflow or the amount of airflow would require tuning but air temperature will not. Question answered.

Your supercharger has a Surge Valve... Make sure that it is working.. When mine went out I went from 9.5 to 20 psi and it did not go down.

JDM did my Saleen SC and gave me 2 tunes. One for colder weather and one for warmer weather. They said I was making more boost than expected for pulley size due to the 20 degree weather they did the tuning in. I believe that the cool weather tune adds more fuel and backs off timing a bit.
