Question 2008 Mustang GT Exhaust Modifications?

I have decided on my mod wish list. CAI/Tuner, Hurst, X-pipe? Just have a couple of questions before descisions are set.

1) If just going with CAI/Tuner, are the LT headers worth messing with?

2) H and X pipe. So I have the understanding right....
Stock H pipe : Throaty sound and more torgue
X-pipe : Raspy sound at high rpm, more horsepower but some loss of low end torque.

I have reviewed the forums and getting mixed ideas...unless I missed something. Thanks.

You're pretty much spot on. If you add long tubes to a CAI/tuner setup, you can find an extra 15-20 rwhp

Oh cool, my father was working at PAX River before moving up to Odenton.

It sounds like the combined power gain from headers/Tuner/CAI is going to be in the 40-50 arena as compared to the 20-25 with the CAI/Tuner only...
