Three Mustangs and one programmer.

Hello.
I have 3 Mustangs, different engine versions. what device will modify the engine of each car? I don't want to buy three separate devices.

every tuner I know is temporarily "married" to the car it is being used on; which means that the factory tune is downloaded to the device . . . you can "un-marry" it by restoring the factory tune back to the car, and then you can use it on a different car; but I don't think that is what you want

you might need to look into some of the more sophisticated tools

yup, I've never heard of a single hand held tuner able to do more than 1 assigned vehicle, at a time.

IF MY CAR WENT AS FAST AS THE MONEY I SPEND ON IT, I'D WIN EVERY RACE

SCT and Diablosport devices VIN lock (marries) to a single vehicle. You cannot use the device to tune a new or different vehicle until you have returned the original vehicle back to stock, which will unlock the device. You can only change vehicles 5 times before the unit is permanently locked. To reset the changes or unlock the device, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.

I don't know about cost compared to Handhelds, but I believe these guys have a software package that will let you do what you want. I would just contact them and ask.
