2005 Mustang GT belt with S/C

Any advise on a replacement serp belt. Do you think a local parts house will stock a belt that will fit with a Whipple S/C (3.375 pulley). It will be difficult for me to pull my belt and have to wait for one to be ordered (I don't know the size). Does anyone have any advise, or know what size belt I would need before I start.

Thanks all!

Is it a 6-rib belt?

124.7 in belt. 6 rib

Gates #'s 6PK3169 or K061247
6 Rib, 125 1/4" outside

That is for 3.375" blower pulley with a 100mm idler (stock was 90mm), same belt for blower pulleys down to 3.250".

So if you already have that belt, you need an idler, not a smaller belt.

Uh...yeah. YOU'RE LIKE 2 YEARS LATE FOR ME

Could have used that BEFORE I put that dent in my hood, with a Thumperrr in use, by blowing belts. Since I don't live my life 1/4 mile at a time anymore, I have no more belt issues.

Posting just to help others in the future for a cross reference on these belts. They typically are not stock but they get them in the next day.

NAPA does have the Gates K061247 (6PK3169) belt but under a different part number. It is 25-061247 and is still a Gates. Size is 13/16" X 125-1/4". Price is still around $35 plus tax.

I try to always keep a new spare in my car. I put it in a gallon ziplock freezer bag to protect it from drying out.

GATES K061247 (6PK3169) cross reference or equivalent is the NAPA 25-061247.

Hope this helps others.
