Hello guys, I am Makky from Mississippi, I am happy to be a new member, here. Can anyone give me tips on what is the proper maintenance of an ac condenser? I will be happy to hear your reply. Have a nice day and God Bless this company!

Welcome !

I would think you're condenser should be more or less maintenance free. Run your AC durring winter once or twice a month just to circulate the coolant and and lubricating oil and this will help keep your seals from drying out and causing leaks down the road. Take it to a place that services AC's and get it checked out once every spring to make sure there are no leaks, etc..

Other than that, I'm not sure what else there is as far as regular maintenance on an AC condenser is concerned.

I had my front grill off this fall and noticed there was some crapola in front of the condenser stuck to the cores of it. I grabbed a hose and hosed it off.
After 36k miles I don't think there was enough to make a performance issue in the a/c, but older cars with more miles and driving in crappy conditions it has effected the performance of the a/c cooling.
Less air flow = less cooling.
