2007 GT rear blinker replacement help

I have a 2007 GT with a rear blinker light bulb out. I've got the proper bulb to replace it, but am having just a heck of a time removing the studs to take off the black plastic shell covering the compartment with the lights. Of the three varieties of plastic bolts on there, only one of them is giving me a problem: the solid black piece that connects the overall plastic covering the area immediately surrounding the trunk lock.

Any help as to how to remove those without absolutely destroying them?

These particular ones do not come out by using a fingernail. There is a type where that works, with the inset piece that pops out and is easily removable. These are solid black threaded pieces that aren't popping out; any amount of pulling, turning, and twisting has not gotten them out, both by hands and tools.

The ones you speak of should just twist a little bit then pop out. That's what worked for me at least.

Try a trim panel tool or a screwdriver to pry it out.
