Roush supercharger

There is a Ford dealer in NW PA that has a used Roush 435 HP charger with the new injectors, manifold, wiring and they will install it and flash the pcm for 3500$, it has a total of 3500 miles on it. Are there any things to be wary about, I have a 2009 with 1200 miles and am considering it but have no idea how this was treated or anything.

Intercooler too I am assuming since they all have them, but make sure. That is an absurd deal for it installed. I would do it in a flash unless I wanted to make over 450 rwhp.

Is this a dealer around Eire, PA, kind of new into doing the Roush install? I assume this is the M-90 Eaton, if so, I think the guy visits here and just upgraded to the TVS and forged internals. I sold my used M-90 for $1300 w/17K miles on it to a guy at Roush so he knew what kind of shape it was in. Sounds like a good deal to me.

Well I checked Roush's website and the tvs upgrade kit includes an intercooler so that would mean that either the dude replaced his or should have.
