2005 Mustang GT, Tuner showing weird problmes

I have a 2005 Mustang GT, 5spd manual
I just bought the Diablo Predator tuner, I applied the 93 octane Performance tune.

my check engine light has been showing ever since I had my exhaust on, The tuner is showing

P100
OBD system readiness
test not complete

&

Po112
Intake Air
Temperature sensor circuit low imput

i have absolutely no idea what they mean.. I'm guessing they are from having no cats on my exhaust..? what can i do to fix these errors? any help would be appreciated

In your mod list you show a WMS intake,
did you have to extend wires to MAF sensor
for this, intake air temp sensor is in the
MAF, double check your connections,
something might have come loose.

Readiness test fault if O2 sensors turned
off for no cats, it won't set CEL if you
get the all other faults to clear.
Don't have to worry about it unless
you need inspection sticker.

P1000 is just a PCM not-ready condition. It should clear. As for the IAT, I'd check the wiring as suggested since the IAT sensor is integrated into the MAF sensor.
