flywheel with counterweights??

I need to goto an 8 bolt flywheel...heard good things about the Mcleod clutch..so the flywheel must be good, right? BUT I see they come with counterweights. Shouldn't these things already be balanced??? I'm confused. Explain this to me, or help me pick out a good clutch, and 8 bolt flywheel.

the counter weights are for different motors if its stock you need to have the correct counter weight now for internally balanced cranks you wont have to run a counter weight
