3rd gear vibration 2007 Mustang GT

Hey guys and gals,
I have an 07 GT manual, and when I am at decelration, the shifter has a vibration to it, but not when you are giving it gas. It did this with the stock shifter as well as the Hurst. Only in 3rd gear does it do this, and only when I am not on the gas, like when I am slowing down a bit.Any thoughts? Is this a TSB issue? I looked everywhere in the search, didnt see anything that talks specifically about this issue.Thanks.

My 2006 GT 5-speed does the same thing in 3rd gear. Would like to hear from members on what this could be.
