Bassani ss axleback and catted x sound/drone?
I have the bassani ss axlebacks and the drone is killing me. My question is will putting a bassani catted x pipe cut down on the drone or make it worse? If not what is the best thing to do? i have a stock set up otherwise. Thanks.

The catted x makes it drone worse. Been there and done that. They sounded best with the stock h pipe.

ive got the whole bassani set-up......from the headers back. drone's still there but honestly i love it so...

I actually like the drone for a little while but when driving under 40 on back roads with the auto tranny drone gets old fast

i have no cats on my car and it has less drone than my friends car with cats. I am not sure if the bassani is a flow through style muffler like my magnapacks are but that helps the drone. Im pretty sure that an O/R xpipe or h pipe will help the drone. It will make the car louder as far as outside but will cut out that drone that noone likes
