Just get a cheap f250 with the v10 to use as the doner. I picked up my son's 2000 F250 4x4 V10 for $8500 and it was low miles and in mint condition. That would take care of the electrical, engine, and cpu. You could even bore the block a bit and replace some of the iron for forged pistons "weight reduction". That would put it around 430ci. Shouldn't be hard to improve the intake, it kind of reminded me of the 4.6 2v intake but with 2 extra runners and it's an air gap style. A tunnel ram setup would probable work better with turbos. And when your done scavaging from the truck you can sell it to the junk yard. I do know that engine will light up the 33" tires if you put your foot in it, and it's bone stock.
