p0353 and p0352 codes

i keep getting these on my 05 gt every time i drive.it is like its not firing in those two cylinders when i ease on the gas.it also has rough idle.i have swap coils and spark plugs to other locations but the problem still exists in the 2nd and 3rd cylinder.once i get to 60 mph the stumbling stops as long as i stay at the same speed.i even changed fuel filter and moved the fuel injectors to other locations.the other locations dont have the problems.need your help please.also i tested the spark plugs and they fired ok.could my ecu be sending bad signals to those two cylinders.btw the car has 38000 miles, jlt cold air.steeda udp and a sct 91 oct tune.thanks for any help.

You definitely have a firing issue in #2 and #3. Possible PCM connector issue, wiring harness, or spark gap problem. Or... The PCM could be taking a dump.
