Brenspeed B302 Forged 302CI Stroker Group Buy!!

So KDT had suggested this idea in another thread I started and I PM'd Brenspeed about the idea.

Apparently the prices on the block have gone up but they're willing to do a group buy with a $300.00 discount.

Quoted from a PM between me and Brenspeed.

If so what would be the terms and pricing? So far I've got Myself, KDT, and UofASouthpaw interested. I know GTSpeeder mentioned doing this motor before too so there may be another possible buyer.

So, how about it?

We can certainly set up a group buy on the B302. The pricing on our blocks just went up $300.00, so the best i can do for a group buy right now is our old price of $3499 (saving you each $300.00). The price of the short block now is $3895.00. Let me know and we can get something set up. We will need a minimum of 3 short blocks to qualify for this pricing. Let me know!
Anyone wanna go in on this?

Gheesh! I hate to see that they went up to $3895. I would have to think long and hard about that. There is a reputable mod engine builder (Ken Schrader of Schrader Performance) near where I live that can put me one together for about a grand cheaper and offer a nice warranty. In fact, I plan to go and talk with him along with a good friend of mine that is also wanting an engine put together in the next couple of weeks. I have also got to pull my transmission out next week and replace third gear, 3rd gear syncronizer, and the blocking rings. That's dipping into my motor money also.

I wont have the cash until Mid January to Early February. I am willing to go in with you guys if you can do it at that time. I am having trouble getting my Foose/CDC Shaker hood to fit perfect. I still gotta have a body shop trim and paint the bottom. I also have to install my line lock, lowering springs, panhard bar and get an alignment and also get my AC fixed. But when thats all done I can shift my attention to the shortblock.
