Yep - the man has been a great source of info - I am following a lot of his mods on my black GT, but am going with the Predator flash programming & tune instead of the SCT XCalibrator, and skipping the interior upgrades and wheels - okay, I actually like the wheels that came on the car!:kooky: I will get some wider tires though.

Found a GRC Performance shop not far from my office, and wasn't sure how much experience he had with Stangs - when I walked in today, all of the 6 cars in there were Mustangs!!! Whooo Hoooo! (in fact they modify a lot of the Stangs for the local Ford dealers) He's putting the magnapaks on another 05 GT tomorrow, so I am going to go by and check them out before deciding to buy a set - they sounds great on the web, but I want to hear the actual volume of those babies. Plus he has a Dyno and the works!

Thanks again 2005RedGT!:green

heh...heh...I am sure you are right about that!! And I'll know for sure tomorrow morning - are they really loud, or just a bit up from the stock pipes?

Either way - if you're ever in So Cal, or I am ever in your part of Texas - the drinks are on me my friend - I own you one!

I guess they are calling it "The OC" now on TV.

Costal Orange County - I need to get out past the mountains to find some really open roads - although PCH can be great if you catch it at an uncrowded tmie. Open roads are getting more scarce around here. When I emailed pics of the car to a friend of mine in Tuson, his answer was "GREAT - there are plenty of unwatched roads arond here!"

And you - where in Texas are you if I may ask?

Basically Houston. Sort of, but Houston is close enough

cool - I have not been there - went to Dallas about three years back on business, and about all I remember is that my hotel was in a "dry" area of the city or county and I could not get a #$^&#* drink after 7:00! Yikes!! Ironically I asked a cop I ran into about that and he told me the only place I could get one near by was not too far away at a strip club - go figure!

Well, I imagine you must have some nice roads out there to open up on. BTW - I heard the magnapacks on another GT today and they were absolutely awesome! I should have mine on Thursday or so. :nogrinner
