2006 mustang GT Steeda 90mm CAI

I will be trying to install this cai into my existing ram air box (avatar). I will have to shorten a 3" rubber sleeve by half between the plastic elbow and the maf housing and I am not sure if this changes anything. I will also have to angle the sleeve connecting the elbow to the TB. does anyone see this changing the tune that goes with this cai?

2006 GT w/ auto, 8 piece Razzi body kit, 20'' Boss gun metal rims, full functioning ram air hood, Black on black-BBK LT headers, O/R X-pipe, Flowmaster axle back mufflers, FRRP 3.90 gears, Diablo Predator tuner w/ Bama tune, Steeda 90mm CAI, J&M adj. UCA, Eibach adj. LCA, I want nothing more than to add the Edelbrock E-force super charger!!!!
