Shorty Headers VS. Equal Headers VS. Long tubes Headers

Hi all I would like to put on my 2006 Gt Auto exhaust manifolds more 'performance and are undecided whether to put Shorty Headers or Equal Length Heades or Long Tubes Headers.
Make it better with or without catalysts?
As for the couple and horses with which I can get more '? and will act as' change Automatic Transmission with these different manifolds as I would keep the original 3.31 Gear Ratio? I think this will vary the engine speed and torque will move up or down I do not know and influencing change and its response, altresi I need to know what type of mapping me to do.
So many questions I'm sorry but I would not do damage to my Mustang :nono:.
Greetings

keep the cats my uncle did long tubes no cats and he messed up the computer, it will decrease performance and some places is illegal. you would get most with long tubes, but for sound purposes shorties do close to the same. if you want to risk it go long and it will be nasty but i have pypes shorties and it sounds like how I want it to sound.

well now how i wanted it but i love the idle sound now and it gets more boom than before, so my true duals sound even better :)

I would recommend long tube headers for the most power gain. You will also need a tune with that.

Long tube headers are the only upgrade worth spending money on relative to shorty headers or tuned length headers.

Don't waste your money on anything less than a high quality set of long tube headers. :bigthumbsup

Go with the long tubes. Better sound & better performance. Only go cat-less if you live in a state with no emissions testing.
