Idleing problem after driving on highway

After driving at highway speeds then coming to a stop my car almost dies the rpm's will be erractic for about 10-15 sec. then its ok. It only does this after being on the highway not in town. I have cleaned the throttle body and the maf did not help. I have Gt-500 fuel system with Paxton 2200 s/c.

Known fuel pump issue. There is a TSB on it. TSB 06-9-9. Basically allows air in the linees after a highway drive.

07 GT Vert. Triple Black. Steeda CAI, FRPP GTA's, Roush Styling Bar, tuned by Brenspeed.

im not sure if the TSB is for the fuel pump only or some other fuel line components, but does seem like fuel delivery issue.

I know there was one for the stock pump but I have the Gt-500 pumps, it shouldn't effect the GT-500 pumps should it?
