Replacing non side airbag seats with airbag seats

I have a 07 with cloth non side airbag seats...Ive found a set of leather seats from an 08 with side airbags. Can I install these in my car and just not hook up the airbags and be fine ? I know there is a yellow plug in the airbag harness now that fools the RCM. What about the passenger sensor for the frontal airbag..will that be good ? No airbag lights ?

I was asking that myself, I think Ford did not even install the Side Crash sensors to the Car without Side-airbags, so It should be fine. But Im just Guessing here.
Even when the cable is installed you could be fine, as the Airbag is intact, but not installed. So it would be more than normal..
On the other Hand, it could misunderstand the Missing of the Crash sensors and deploy the Airbag immediately after ignition.
So be careful before someone else can clear this up.
sorry that i barley helped..

I told it, but no one was listening.
