Kenne bell fuel rails

I am aware that there is an issue with aftermarket return style fuel rails with the KB 2.6 blower. I believe that it is a clearance issue on the drivers side with the bypass valve. Can anyone shed some light on the modification that is required? Anyone make a return style rail that fits the KB manifold?

Sqidd has a set of Aeromotives (IIRC) with a set of 90* aluminum mounting tabs welded to them. Is the 2.8L manifold different from the 2.6L. BBR has had a few cars in the magazines running aftermarket fuel rails. They looked like Fore rails that they rebranded.

I'm using CPR returnless rails, and ran into the same issue. I modified the mounting of the BPV 'control arm' so that it clears the rail and still operates properly. ...I need to post up a pic..

So any aftermarket rail will work if the bypass valve is modified? If you can post a pick that would be great!

I believe the aeromotive and fore rails hit the bypass valve too. The mammoth has the bypass in a different location. I will check out the BBR rails.

BBR sells a spacer that doubles as a meth injection plate which raises the SC up about 3/4" to 1" to solve the bypass valve / fuel rail clearance problem. I think it works with the Metco rails. Not sure about the Aeromotive rails. I think the The KB 2.8 lower intake has this "spacer" cast in .

I'm using one of those spacers on my 2.6, for meth injection. It raises the kb up 1", and would clear the fuel rail.
The relocation I did was before I had the spacer installed. I'll have to dig up some pics
