coil pack questions

In a few weeks I will be doing the dreaded spark plug removal on my 07. Ordered the Lisle tool as well as Brisk plugs. Now to my questions. Since this is my first Mustang and im not familiar with some of the things on this engine is there any particular procedure to remove the coils from the spark plugs? Do they just pull off or twist off? Any prep work needed either before or after?

I am also considering replacing the coil packs with either Accel or MSD coils. Is this a necessary step since this is a N/A car with only a CAI and Detroit Rocker cams? What are the pros/cons of this. Worth it or not? :?:
Thanks

Nothing special to removing coils. Just be sure to put dielectric grease back in when you reinstall.

Save your money on the aftermarket coils. They (often) end up being more trouble than they are worth. The Ford OEM ones are pretty good.
