2007 Wiper motor

Good evening. I have been somewhat out of the Stang scene for a bit. I jumped back into it one day last May. The day I bought my 07 GT it started to rain half way through the 90 mile drive home. Shortly there-after the wipers quit and had to drive the rest of the way home in the dark with no wipers. It was in late may and I didn’t expect it rain again anytime soon. So I thought, no hurry to fix it.

Since then I have had a number of issues come up after a trip through the car wash, turn signals staying on, radio turning on and off. None of which stayed for long. The last time my keyless entry continued to be inoperable. So I did a little research and found out about the whole leaking cowl thing. So I checked and did find small amounts of water on the passenger side floor. Primarily jut on the upper insulation. Non on the carpet or padding. I pulled the cowl cover off and found a couple of the clips/grommets that hold the cowl on were missing. I pulled the SJB out but didn’t find any moisture on it but I am pretty sure it was a victim of the leak. It had dirt and sand all over it so I cleaned it up. Its back in and now my keyless entry works but still no wipers. Before I go out and get a new SJB or wiper motor I’d like to trouble shoot the motor.

With the wiper switch on, I get one wire with voltage. The thin red one on the bottom of the connector. No other wires in any switch position show voltage. I have grounded the motor and jumped 12 volts to it's terminals and it didnt turn. Unfortunately I don’t have a schematic so I can’t tell if my efforts are correct. Any other ideas or help would be appreciated. Thanks
